DHL shipments to the US are temporarily restricted.

news

DHL has informed us that starting today, April 21, they will temporarily suspend the acceptance of B2C shipments to the US that exceed 800 USD. For now, shipping to the US via UPS, FedEx, and EMS is proceeding as usual. Therefore, we expect that in the future we will be using UPS, FedEx, and EMS more often instead of DHL for packages to the US.

Due to US government policy, the amount for which the general declaration applies has been lowered from 2,500 USD to 800 USD. This has caused US customs clearance to become overloaded, resulting in serious delays. As a result, DHL has decided to suspend the acceptance of some B2C (business-to-customer)shipments to the US. At this time, we have been told that UPS, FedEx, and EMS will continue to accept shipments to the US as usual. However, even if we use a shipping company other than DHL, please note that customs clearance procedures may take time.

We will update if we have any news. However, the US government's policies have changed frequently in the past few months. Also, the customs system is very complicated. Please note that the information we currently have may not be the most up to date or accurate. In addition, please understand that import and customs clearance procedures are the importer's (purchaser's) responsibility.

For the US customers, we recommend checking with the US Customs to determine the details. We are sorry for the difficulties our US customers have incurred, and thank you for your understanding.
