Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS) had temporarily suspended shipping to certain countries, but recently, EMS shipping to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands of the United States has resumed. Delivery is still a bit slow, but it has almost returned to normal. However, please note the shipping duration by EMS might be several weeks or a few months due to the large volume of packages shipped immediately after resuming service. We can still ship by FedEx, UPS, or DHL as well. These shipping durations are shorter, but there might be additional shipping costs.
