A premium titanium muffler designed by APIO with YOSHIMURA which is known for its high-quality custom parts for motorcycles. This muffler improves performance for the middle and high rpm range. This muffler made entirely of titanium is also a very effective product in terms of durability and weight reduction. It is about half the weight of the original SUZUKI one. Also, it allows for excellent clearance and departure angles.
Two models are available, one that fits original SUZUKI bumper and one that fits APIO rear bumper. Both are exquisite designs with a slight glimpse of the beautiful silencer. Also, two colors are available, blue and gray. The blue tone silencer cover is not colored with a solvent, but is hand-baked by YOSHIMURA JAPAN craftsmen.
In addition, two performance types are available, silent type, with an additional center silencer to reduce the sound volume, which fits JB74, and high-power type which fits JB64 JDM (Japan Domestic Market). Technically and theoretically, the high-power type fits JB74 as well but has not been tested by our shop and the manufacturer. Please note that it has a loud volume and will not pass Japan's very strict noise regulations when a high-power type is installed on JB74.
The outlet has a double pipe structure and a curled end and has a safe design. It eliminates exhaust sound caging since the bottom of the outer casing has two-tone holes. The design of the tone holes has been tested repeatedly to achieve the nicest exhaust sound possible. Specially designed for the JB74's naturally aspirated 1.5L engine, and you can also enjoy the powerful sound.
This high-quality, durable, safe, and environmentally-designed sports muffler meets strict Japanese laws and regulations and even clears JASMA (Japan Automotive Sports Muffler Association) / JQR (Japan Quality Registration) regulations which are stricter than the regular Japanese automobile laws.
