Specifically designed to perfectly fit Jimny JB74 (2018-present). It secures excellent strength because it can be firmly fixed to the frame of the seat. The angle of the armrest can be adjusted in 12 steps. High-quality synthetic leather is used and has excellent abrasion resistance. Also, the color matches the original SUZUKI seat. 

Two types are available: for the left-side seat (right-side armrest), and for the right-side seat (left-side armrest).

Compatibility: Our products are designed for RHD and the Japanese domestic market. Most of our products may fit international models and LHD, but we have not tested the compatibility. Jimny 5 Door is unavailable in Japan yet, and compatibility has not been tested. Please research for yourself and ensure that the part you are purchasing is compatible with your vehicle.

Tax: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Design: The colors of the products in the photos may look different from the actual products depending on the condition of the photos and the type of displays. The specifications, design, etc. of the listed products may be subject to change for improvement.

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be charged. Pre-orders, made-to-order, and manufacturer's stock products cannot be canceled after placing the order.

Out of my 3 purchases from Compass Auto, this tops of the list for disappointment..

Item had a defect (bent arm) and could not be installed properly (refer to photos).
Had to get it installed by sending the item to a metal fabricator just to get the arm readjusted back in place.

Couldn’t get it shipped back as “refund policy” requires the original box and no defect. But I only noticed the defect after all the leather cutting.

Very disappointed with the manufacturing of this item 😞 I’d suggest you look for alternative brands for an arm rest.

We were very sorry for the trouble with this item. Product warranties are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Shipping guarantees are subject to the shipping companies' policies. The refund policy details are explained on our web site. Unfortunately, it was difficult to return, compensate, or get a refund in this case according to these policies, as we explained to the customer a few times. Therefore, we offered a discount coupon as our apology this time.

We talked with the manufacturer staff a couple of times, and they said that the possibility of it being a manufacturing defect is low. The metal parts are made using a mold, so it is highly unlikely that just one product would be manufactured differently. They said that no similar damage had been reported previously for thousands of products. They also said that no abnormalities were found during the inspection before shipping. Therefore, they concluded that it is extremely unlikely that the purchaser will be able to receive the manufacturer's compensation even if we ship it to the manufacturer and then request compensation.

We also contacted the shipping company to ask them to investigate the cause of the product damage. Most important in this case is that the packaging should be kept by the purchaser, as our policy shows. However, because the purchaser had discarded the packaging materials and boxes, the shipping company responded that it was difficult to determine the cause of the damage and therefore could not provide compensation.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for any products that are passed on to a third party, as our terms and conditions show. Once it has been installed or been in the hands of a third party, it is no longer possible to determine if the defect was caused at the manufacturer's. In this case, since the product had already been processed by the metal processing company arranged by the customer, it was no longer covered by compensation from our store, the manufacturer, or the shipping company.

The best we could do in this case was to offer our customer a discount coupon for future purchases. This we did out of sympathy for the trouble he had incurred and our own apologetic sentiments. Purchasers are advised to inspect products carefully upon receipt and consult the return policies immediately upon discovering a defect or error. Thank you for your understanding.
