DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service) temporarily suspended shipping to the Middle East, including Cyprus. But recently, all these shipments to the Middle East have resumed. However, please note the following things.
1. Delivery is still slow. Especially, EMS delivery is very slow and may take several weeks or more.
2. There is a possibility that the package may be returned to Japan due to delivery difficulties. For EMS in particular, the package may be judged as undeliverable even before leaving Japan and returned to our warehouse.
3. For UPS, EMS, and FedEx, it may be difficult to track the package or issue delivery instructions after shipment.
4. Based on our experience and the information we have examined, the most reliable method is DHL. However, even with DHL, delivery may take time. The risk of return is lower than that of other companies, especially EMS, but it still exists.
5. The shipping costs vary depending on the shipping company, destination, weight, size, etc. Unfortunately, DHL and FedEx shipping fees to the Middle East may be more expensive than those of other carriers, especially than EMS. Therefore, please be aware that if you wish to ship to the Middle East via DHL, you might likely incur additional shipping charges. In particular, please note that large items will incur significant additional shipping charges. Furthermore, UPS fees are often the most expensive among all services offered.
6. Please understand that these issues are due to political reasons, and the situation may change in the future.
Please understand the above before placing your order if you wish to ship to the Middle East. In addition, please inform us at the time of purchase if you would like a specific shipping company. Please note that there may be an additional shipping cost depending on the company.
We hope for peace, global development, and the normalization of transportation.
