Refund policy

We trust that you are satisfied with our products. However, we accept returned products within 14 days after you received them. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Also, please note that custom made-to-order products cannot be canceled after placing the order.

• If the item you received differs significantly from your order or if there is any apparent initial failure, it can be returned. The product price will be refunded, including the round trip shipping cost.
• If the buyer chooses not to keep the product, for any reason and wishes to return the product, or the item is returned due to customs regulations, or the item is undeliverable or refused upon delivery, then it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all return shipping costs. If the buyer purchases without checking the compatibility with a car exactly, then the buyer is liable for all return postage costs. We will only refund the cost of the product and not shipping fees and the product must be in its original condition.
• There will be no returns on products that show any evidence of use. However, it may be possible to return part of the price even after use. Please consult us.
