EMS shipping to some countries, including Israel, has resumed!
Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS) had temporarily suspended shipping to certain countries, but recently, EMS shipping to Iraq, Iran, Djibouti, Lebanon, and Israel has resumed. Delivery is still a bit slow, but it has almost returned to normal. However, please note that the shipping duration by EMS might be several weeks due to the large volume of packages shipped immediately after resuming service. DHL shipments to the US are temporarily restricted.
DHL has informed us that starting today, April 21, they will temporarily suspend the acceptance of B2C shipments to the US that exceed 800 USD. For now, shipping to the US via UPS, FedEx, and EMS is proceeding as usual. Therefore, we expect that in the future we will be using UPS, FedEx, and EMS more often instead of DHL for packages to the US. Japan Post made changes to EMS service and they temporarily suspended acceptance of mail items destined for Israel and New Caledonia. Because their postal operators are still not accepting inbound postal items and/or their transportation performance remains significantly reduced due to the reduction of flights from/to Japan.We can also ship by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
