This is a re-manufactured turbocharger, but more than just a re-manufactured one. It is an upgraded one that has increased efficiency through the improved impeller. It can boost pressure up to 1.2 (120 kPa) compared to the original of about 0.75 (75 kPa). This product is designed by 4WD PROJECT, a pioneer of aftermarket turbochargers for Jimny in Japan. It is a durable product with liability and a proven track record. This product will make your engine easier and more fun to drive. Made in Japan.

- Model X: This model improves the output of the low and middle rpm range. It delivers a quick boost response and provides a good amount of low-end torque. Great for daily driving and general off-roading. Highly recommended.
- Model S: This model improves the output of the middle and high rpm range. Recommended for those who want to drive at high speed with a high-power engine.

Additional modifications such as adding adaptors, fabrication, or ECU remapping are not needed. However, please be sure to consider the following additional modifications at the same time for installing this high-performance turbocharger.
- Higher Octane Gasoline: Using high octane gasoline is almost necessary. RON (Research Octane Number) 96 or higher is recommended. In that case, replacing the spark plugs with ones that have a higher heat range is recommended. In some countries and regions where gasoline is not available in RON 96 or higher, use an Octane Number as high as possible. Do not use inferior gasoline or low Octane gasoline.
- Aftermarket Blow-off Valve: The original SUZUKI blow-off valve is insufficient for this high-performance turbocharger in many cases. Especially in these generations Jimny, the performance is insufficient for the Original Suzuki ones. We highly recommend replacing it with a high-performance blow-off valve such as the TRUST Blow-off Valve.
- Boost Pressure Adjustment: Please adjust the boost pressure according to performance and conditions. 1.0 (100 kPa) is recommended. In that case, replacing the spark plugs with ones that have a higher heat range is required. In order to maintain proper boost pressure, we recommend installing a boost gauge and adjusting the boost pressure periodically. Installing a water temperature gauge is also recommended.
- Boost Limiter Disabling: You can consider disabling the boost limiter if you like. However, please note that our shop does not perform modifications to disable the boost limiter.
- Ignition Timing Adjustment: We recommend adjusting the ignition timing according to the fuel and the situation.
- A Gasket Kit: We recommend that you purchase the gasket kit at the same time. When installing, it is often necessary to replace the gaskets with new ones. It is also common to damage the bolts when removing the original turbocharger. The gasket kit comes with 5 gaskets, 2 bolts, 4 washers, and an oil pipe. Please note that these kits cannot be purchased separately. Also, it is only sold as a kit and cannot be sold individually.

Compatibility: Our products are designed for RHD and the Japanese domestic market. Most of our products may fit international models and LHD, but we have not tested the compatibility. Jimny 5 Door is unavailable in Japan yet, and compatibility has not been tested. Please research for yourself and ensure that the part you are purchasing is compatible with your vehicle.
