EMS shipping to Canada has resumed!
Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS) had temporarily suspended shipping to certain countries, but recently, EMS shipping to Canada has resumed. Delivery is still a bit slow, but it has almost returned to normal. We can still ship by FedEx, UPS, or DHL as well. UPS will temporarily suspend the acceptance of export shipments to the US.
Due to a change in US government policy, the tax system for mail, including items imported for personal use, was changed as of August 29, 2025. This change in the US customs system is causing significant delays in customs clearance processing at US Customs.As a result, EMS has suspended the acceptance of shipments to the US last month.Shipping was previously also possible via UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
