Simple Side Step made by TANIGUCHI for the new Jimny (2018-ON) international model JB74. This product is a further development of the popular design TANIGUCHI Side Steps for the 3rd-generation (1998-2018) and 2nd-generation (1981-1998) Jimny. TANIGUCHI Side Steps for Jimny SJ30 was released in 1983. These Side Steps have been popular products since then.

A mesh type that grips to prevent slipping and does not clog with mud or snow. Safe design with little protrusion, about 5cm from the vehicle body. Easy installation without drilling. Welding of the mesh and the main body has been deburred by hand and has a gentle finish. The height is adjustable by 3cm. The high position can keep the high clearance and is good for off-road driving. The low position is good to get on and off, even for the lifted Jimny. Made in Japan.

Left and right models are available. Black Paint Steel Types are also available.

* Adding the Slim Side Sill Plates to the installation makes it easier to step on these Side Steps and increases convenience even more. Highly recommended!
* Our shop has sold these Side Steps for Jimny more than 30 times, including to LHD (left-hand drive) countries. Actually, most of our customers, including those in LHD countries, have already installed these products without any issues. However, we've received reports that they are incompatible with some JB74 in certain areas due to an extra section welded to the area where the sidestep is supposed to be mounted. We have not tested Jimny in every country in the world, so please research for yourself and ensure that the part you are purchasing is compatible with your vehicle prior to ordering.
