The opening of the original SUZUKI air scoop is almost vertical, but this product has a stylish design with a slanted opening. It is a simple design that is not too large and does not interfere with visibility. The inside is designed to allow air to flow smoothly to the opening of the hood (bonnet), and the cooling effect of the intercooler is also improved. The carbon type has a stylish design that also uses carbon on the inside where it can be seen from the outside. Made in Japan.
Two types are available: Carbon type for 37,100 JPY (1-layer carbon fiber + 1-layer glass fiber-reinforced plastics), and FRP type for 24,100 JPY (2-layer glass fiber-reinforced plastics). The weight is the same.
Comes with mounting bolts. Power-Increase Type is also available.
* This product is designed for Jimny (1987-1995) JA71 type 3-4 with intercooler, and JA11. But it can fit JA22 or 12 (1995-1998) as well. However, when installed on JA22 or JA12, the position of the opening on the bonnet side is slightly shifted, so it does not have as great a cooling effect as when attached to JA11 or JA71. Also, it would not be a big problem but the opening on the bonnet side of JA22 and JA12 will be slightly exposed since the opening of this product is slanted.
* The carbon type is made-to-order. The orders will take several weeks to ship. Please note that the order cannot be canceled after placing the order.
* This product is not painted. It is not intended to be used unpainted and must be painted. Clear coating is recommended for the Carbon type.
* Since this product is handmade, there may be slight variations in shape and hole positions.

Compatibility: Our products are designed for RHD and the Japanese domestic market. Most of our products may fit international models and LHD, but we have not tested the compatibility. Jimny 5 Door is unavailable in Japan yet, and compatibility has not been tested. Please research for yourself and ensure that the part you are purchasing is compatible with your vehicle.
