Designed by TANIGUCHI and HKS, the Competition Muffler Type R has an off-road advantageous design offering a high exit position which allows for excellent clearance and departure angles. This Muffler improves performance from the original Jimny to souped-up versions and has a practical output that improves performance for any rpm range.
It has a three-piece structure with a sub-muffler in the center of the vehicle has an elliptical shape which gives a higher ground clearance, and this oblique, projectile type, main muffler fits with thin rear bumpers such as TANIGUCHI FRP Rear Bumper or TANIGUCHI Steel Rear Bumper. It is also possible to cut the original bumper to install it. License plate relocation may be required.
The muffler resonates a nice deep bass sound. The volume is slightly louder than the original SUZUKI one but not too loud. Curl funnel type titanium color tail specification. Made in Japan.
